Refund & Cancellation Guidelines for Digital Design Expert
Thank you for choosing Digital Design Expert! We’re thrilled to have you with us and always strive to deliver top-notch designs along with a great customer experience. We know that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve put together our cancellation guidelines to keep everything straightforward:
1. Cancelling Before We Begin: If you need to cancel your order before we kick off the project, no worries at all! You’ll receive a full refund of any payments made – just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
2. Cancelling After We Start: Should you decide to cancel after we’ve begun working on your project, you can still do so! There will be a small cancellation fee, which will be based on the progress we’ve made up to that point.
3. If Some Work is Already Done: In the event that we’ve completed part of the project when you decide to cancel, we’ll charge you for the work done and refund the leftover amount.
4. No Refunds Once the Design is Complete: Once your design is finalized and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds. The project is considered complete once you approve the final design.
5. Making Changes After Completion: If you find yourself needing adjustments after your design is done, we’re more than happy to help! Just keep in mind that any additional work will incur extra charges.
6. Refund Processing: If you qualify for a refund, we’ll get it processed within 7-10 business days, and it will be returned through the payment method you used.
